Final Quick Tips

Our session is so soon!

Here are a couple of Quick Tips to help you prepare and make the most of the experience

ARRIVE ON TIME

We only get a short amount of time together, so I can’t stress showing up on time enough. If you’re late, it does affect the session.

SHOW UP PICTURE READY

To make the most of our time, make sure everyone is ready to go - hair, outfits, face/makeup check, phones/keys out of pockets, hair-ties/sports watches off wrists, etc. I also recommend leaving all items in your car (minus your keys!) so we’re not carrying them as we move around. I can also keep keys and phones in my backpack, if needed!

JUST BE YOU

Relax. Enjoy. Be Present. Have FUN. Show up as you so I can document you for who you are. Don’t worry about the posing, little details, or feeling like things need to be perfect… I got you, trust me!

HAVE KIDS?

Don’t worry how they’ll do. Kids will be kids. And that’s part of the process (and the fun, right?!) of getting some genuine images. It’s gonna be great!

CONSIDER BRIBERY?

For situations like this, bribery can help - but I totally leave that up to you as the parents to decide if that works for your family. But I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen the old “we’ll get ice cream afterwards if we listen and cooperate” trick work WONDERS.

See you soon! If you have any last questions, don’t hesitate to send them my way!
